Picture From The Concert

Taylor Swift

Adam and I went to the Taylor Swift concert last night. It was absoulutely amazing. That girl can put on a show for sure! It was unlike any other concert I have ever been to. It was a complete production with different sets, outfits, and props. We were in the 12th row on the floor. They were really great seats. In the middle of the concert she came to the back of the floor section and sang about five songs on a stage back there. So during that part we were in the front row. Adam and I both got to shake her hand two times, once on her way to the small stage in the back and once on her way back up to the main stage. Another thing that was really cool was that her mother was standing right behind us the entire concert. Adam and I both got our picture taken with her. She was soooo sweet! If anyone is ever given the opportunity to go to a Taylor Swift concert do not pass it up. I will have to say that this is the best concert that I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of concerts.

Cheerleading update

Well cheerleading tryouts are over and they went really well. We will have thirty cheerleaders on the squad next year. I know that sounds like a lot, but this is a 4A school. We have two varsity squads with 12 girls each and one freshmen squad with six girls. I am really excited about the season next year. I think that we have a good group of girls and I am excited to get started. Now, I just need prayers that I get a teaching job in Evansville for next year!

Cheerleading Tryouts

Like I said earlier I am a high school cheerleading coach in Evansville. Well this week we are having our tryouts. I always hate tryouts:( I hated them when I was a cheerleader and I hate them now as a coach. The girls always get sooo nervous. I feel so bad for all of the girls that don't make it, especially if they were on the squad the previous year. Luckily I do not have to be around when the numbers are posted. I am anxious to see who makes it this year. Hopefully we will have a great squad! I will let you know how they go.
