Let it Snow!
I am not a huge fan of winter. I absolutely hate it when it gets really cold outside, however, when it gets as cold as it has been lately then I think that it needs to snow. If we are going to be freezing to death anyways we need to be able to enjoy the pretty snow and even go play in it if we want to. I was very happy to wake up this morning to see my yard covered in snow! Bring it on!

UPDATE
I have been doing a terrible job of keeping up with my blog so I thought that I would take some time to let you all know what has been going on in my life. Adam and I are nearing six months of marriage! I love being married, it is like having a slumber party with your best friend every night!
The big news in our life is that in September we purchased our first home. We live in a cute neighborhood in Newburgh(five minutes from Evansville) We absolutely love our home and we think it is in the perfect spot. We are only about two minutes from Evansville one way and downtown Newburgh the other way, but our neighborhood is out of the city so it feels more like the neighborhood I grew up in.
As most of you know I graduated in May with a degree in Elementary Education, however, was not able to get a job teaching this year. In all of the 30 elementary schools in Evansville, there were only 3 elementary openings:( So I am currently working as a nanny for 3 month old triplets!!!! They were eleven weeks early so they are more like the size of newborns. It definately keeps me busy and on my toes at all time. When I first started the job the babies were all on monitors due to them being premature. I understand why babies in these circumstances come home with monitors, so that the parents can have peace of mind that if their babies are okay, however, they were also a total pain. The way the monitors worked was that there were sticky electrodes that were connected to the babies in two places on their chest. Sticky things do not always stay sticky for long and when the stick wore off the electrodes would constantly fall off causing a deafening alarm. Then we would have to disturb the babies to get the electrodes back on them to stop the alarm. Imagine three screaming babies and three monitor alarms going off all at the same time. Well, that was my life for a few weeks. I was very relieved when I came to work one Monday and the mother said to me that they took the monitors of and they weren't putting them back on. Without the monitors there are still hectic times, but not nearly as many!!!
I am still coaching cheerleading a FJ Reitz high school in Evansville (4A Football State Champs this year!!!). I love my girls this year and will be sad when the season is over. They are a really talented group of girls with bright futures ahead of them!
Sorry to ramble on, but I haven't written for so long so I had a lot to say. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a happy new year!

The Wedding
I have now been married for a little over two weeks and I love it! I thought I better post some pictures from the big day. It will be a while before I have the pictures from the photographer, but I do have some pictures taken by other family memebers. I have to say the wedding went great. It was exactly what I had envisioned and I think everyone had a terrific time. Thanks to everyone who helped to make it such a special day!

I will try and post a slideshow with all of my pictures later.

Wedding Count Down
My wedding is in less than one week! I can not believe how quickly my engagement has gone by. The good news is I am completely stress free. It actually doesn't feel real at all, more like a dream. I will be Mrs. Graber in just six days! We are both super excited about the honeymoon. We are going to a Sandals resort in St. Lucia. This is our first vacation completely alone so that makes it extra special. I will definatley post pictures as soon as we get back. Hope everyone is having a fun and safe summer!

Stylin in my shades!!
My niece Kendall turned 6 weeks old yesterday. I have to post this adorable picture in her sunglasses that my sister took this week. Also my wedding is finally right around the corner. We are down to about one month and one week left. My bridal shower is on Sunday, so I am excited and nervous about that. (I don't really like all of the attention while I am opening gifts.) We also sent out the wedding invitations today. I can't believe it is almost here, but I am very ready and anxious for it to come!

Kendall Grace
My sweet niece Kendall is now 1 month old. She went to the doctor last week and found out that she has gained 2lbs 6ozs. She now weighs around 9lbs 9ozs. I can not believe how much she has changed in so little time. She is so sweet and I can't wait to see her again on Monday. I will leave you with a picture of her at three days old and a couple pictures of her at one month old so that you can see how much she has changed.

Oh yeah...I forgot to explain the giant monkey in the pictures. My sister bought Mr. Bananas after Kendall was born just for picture purposes. Every month she is going to take a picture of Kendall with Mr. Bananas so she can see just how much she has grown and changed each month!

I Love My Cheerleaders!
My cheerleaders shocked me tonight at cheerleading practice by throwing me a surprise bridal shower! I was so surprised and had no idea they were going to do that. They had a cake and tons of gifts. First of all they got me one big gift that they had gotten off of my registry and then each individual cheerleader got me a kitchen utensil that began with the same letter as their name(ex. Megan-Masher) I could not believe that they went to all of this trouble for me. I have to say the squad is full of really sweet girls this season and I am excited about the year ahead. I wish I would have had my camera so I could take pictures, but like I said I didn't know they were doing this for me. I love these girls so much! (and their mothers...they were all there too with gifts)
